Chicken Noodle Soup/Rsok Style

Chicken Noodle Soup Rsok Style

4 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless) cooked in 2 cups of water (save water)
2 cups diced celery (don't use as much if you don't like much celery)
1 cup or 1 medium onion (finely diced)
2 crushed cloves of garlic (sometimes I use 1 tablespoon of ground garlic)
1/2 package of "No Yolk" noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt/pepper to taste
grated cheese (optional of course, but is really yummy with this)

Cook chicken until done ... remove from water to cool and dice

add celery, onion, garlic and noodles to broth (you may need to add water to cover the noodles enough for them to cook

Cook until noodles are done
Add both cans of cream of chicken soup
Add diced chicken

Cook on medium for 10 minutes until all flavors have time to MINGLE!!

Serve with grated cheese on top.

By the way, I never know how much water to use, until I see how much I need to add to cook the noodles.

This is my very own recipe.. My kids love it and it really doesn't take a lot of time to prepare. And if you are counting calories, leaving the cheese off MIGHT be a good idea.
